In my opinion, healthy habits are very important because physical
activity and healthy eating lowers levels of unhealthy triglycerides in
your blood, supports a healthy blood pressure, and reduces your risk of
type 2 diabetes. You should eat salads, take a walk often, avoid trans
fats, do exercise, eat fruits often, try to have a balanced diet, drink
eight glass of mineral water every day, but you should not drink sodas
every day, eat fries, include a lot of sugar in your coffee, take in
alcohol in excess and fast food.
